Strategy

Question and Explore. Before we design, we validate user needs by asking the right questions. This will land us on the actual problem at hand. During this phase we'll use competitor analysis, research and consulting to find and explore potential solutions.

Design

Solving your problem. Through several iterations we build up from sketches, to wireframes, to the final design. All while creating prototypes to test the solution with real users, saving you development time and money by detecting flaws in the solution.

Hand-Off

Pixel for pixel. Taking advantage of my background in Front-End, I help a more flawless implementation of the prototypes by supervising and using a robust design system, allowing for better scaling since components don't need to be coded over and over again in different features.

Launch

Analyze & iterate. Stay on top of progress through regular status update meetings. With the launch of your project, analyze success by verifying KPI's and setup further user testing. Using this we figure out next steps and keep growing your product in a scalable way.
